President Bush, the Miserable Failure.

Hey, it’s not just me … even Google believes President Bush is a Miserable Failure !

Well, thanks to all of the Anti-Bush SEO’s anyways ;-)

But I found it funny that the Pro-Bush SEO’s used links for Jimmy Carter … oh well! Bush blows up houses in Iraq so Cheney can rebuilt them for money and Carter accepts donations to put up those not blown up by Bush (in the U.S.A.), who cares?

When revisiting the Miserable Failure – George Bush query in Google I noticed that Michael Moore comes up 3rd in the results. That’s interesting…so some Pro-Bush SEO’s probably pushed him up to that spot. But what was the point? In a marketing mind, one would have to believe that this could only benefit Mr. Moore, right?

See, when Miserable Failure shows our PRESIDENT who is now being scorched by 75% of the country he runs being the #1 result in Google one would have to assume this will definitely hurt his…credibility…if we can still use that these days. But Michael Moore is opposing the President and while people might like to believe this hurts his credibility — people enjoy reading!

I’m just baffled by the minds of some of these “genius” developers, “haters” and SEO’s out there. Sometimes one needs to stop and think before he drops a link ;-)

On that note … maybe Miserable Failure is the best choice? I personally can’t stand our current President and would like others to read into the details more … so thanks to all of those who don’t seem to think properly! :)

Sometimes I just wonder how much sense some people have.

Five Writers. Six Figures. One Year. SixFigureWriters.com

There’s a new Project in town and this one is very interesting. You see, most of the “Money Challenge” Websites popping up are Men…actually, I don’t think I’ve seen a Female on ANY of them?

Well, good news! SixFigureWriters.com is 4 Women and 1 man! Their goal is to earn Six Figures (hence the title) in One Year (duh). Can they do it? Anything is possible…I’m definately rooting for them!

Good Luck Girls! (and a guy) ;)

My Swicki

I almost forgot about my Swicki until today. Luckily they sent me an email and reminded me about it… I’m still not really familiar with the program but it’s fun!

Customer Retention Online?

Is it me or does it seem that Customer Retention for online “businesses” seems to be lacking? Take Clickbank, for example, and how their program works.

I’ve dealt with Clickbank on several occasions and well… to be honest I was less than Satisfied. But what pisses me off the most is the Business hiding behind them.

Most Businesses “outsource” to Clickbank for dealing with Online Sales and the “whole 9 yards” involved (Advertising, Affiliates, Merchant, etc). Clickbank to some is like a plug and play machine that can eliminate alot of daily hassles. While this is true — it’s also disturbing to me now that I’ve gotten a little more familiar with the system.

See, most “Marketing Guru’s” will tell you to use Clickbank.com to sell your product for ease of use… shoot, most of them worship the service and act as if it’s a godsend. But is it?

Google Buys YouTube.com

As the rumors were circulating all last week – the “Experts” were dismissing them one by one… but as of today: Google is the proud new owner of YouTube.com! A very nice price for the founders of Youtube, I might add.
A purchase of $1.65 Billion Dollars to be exact. While some rumors were indicating $1 Billion and others were indicating closer to $2 Billion, the price was “just right” in between, although a little north of half.

I’m not sure why some believe the deal is not worth it. I mean the traffic is some of the best online (top 5, right?) and what could be better than Owning another piece of Internet History? The price is definately alot of money but c’mon… it’s Google and they own AdSense! Now they can crush the competition, once again. As Microsoft continues to make attempts at picking up new Online Companies for their Ad Network – Google just offers more money…sounds like Microsoft is losing at their own game.
Bandwidth you say? Think again… Google can cope with that.

Things just continue to thrive for the Internet Giant.

Monday Morning Quarterbacks…

You know those types of people… the ones who want credit after-the-fact? They come in late and act like they were part of the team who helped to succeed? The ones who want credit for doing absolutely nothing?

There’s a ton of them in this world and they lurk around every corner. There’s really not much you can do about them other than try staying as far away from them as possible. I know… I know… you might have never expected the ones who become Monday Morning Quarterbacks to be the ones closest to you. But, the fact is – everyone loves getting credit. Unfortunately, some people think they’re allowed to “take credit”.

MySpace.com “Total Users” figures Bogus?

There’s been alot of speculation over MySpace’s “facts” and ‘figures’ since the buyout in late 2005 but now we’ve got another blogger who wants to Debunk the Myth of Myspace.com’s 100 Million users.

I, for one, agree completely with the debunking. I’ve always stated “100 Million Accounts” rather than users when speaking about MySpace.com

Nothing much to say?

I’ve been pretty busy lately with a new Product I’m working on. I’ve been hitting the old books, taking notes, purchasing other similar products for comparison, looking them over, watching my bank account slowly go down (lol!), etc, etc. I can’t even talk about the Product as too many crooks will try to jump on… you know how that goes… but…

What happened to Joe Kumar?

So I was reading around earlier and I found out about this guy, this con-artist named “Joe Kumar” who was ripping people off of alot of money. Carlos Garcia seemed to be the only one who really stood up to the guy and the last he has heard of him was that he fled the country and got away before the cops came after him.

I’ve seen a ton of sites like “FreeJoeKumar” (Mike Filsaime created it to give away Joe’s book) as well as others…

Microsoft to take on YouTube? Soapbox?

So I’ve been reading alot about Microsofts attempt to compete with the Internet’s new biggest toy: YouTube.com … So what will it take for another attempt to compete with this company? MySpace, the biggest Social Networking Community online, couldn’t compete with YouTube – so what makes a Company like Microsoft who seems to fail while trying to compete with the big web-dogs – want to compete?

Well…
