So I’ve been threatened with a Lawsuit lately and I could only “giggle” at the thought. I remember when I was involved with a Company who had been threatened by Traffic Power – the same company who threatened to sue Aaron Wall for “Slander”, among others.
Why would Traffic Power want to sue these people? Simple: Slander. Traffic Power believed that by “stating the truth” was not “right”. Well, after years of Legal Fees for both parties – the case was dropped immediately after Mr. Matt Cutts provided proof that Traffic Power, in fact, DID get banned along with their Clients.

I’m a huge MadTV Fan and I’ve recently noticed that Crista Flanagan gets little recognition for her roles on the show. I’m also surprised that there’s not more guys out there blogging about how “hot” she is…because, well, she is!
But she’s also absolutely hilarious… I’ve been a fan of the show since the first time I ever seen Michael McDonald and the way he acted in his roles and I feel Crista is like the Female Version of him — she’s just brilliant. And, yeah…she’s also hot!
Anyways, the show’s on tonight and you should definitely check her out if you haven’t seen MadTV in a while. She’s “friggin” hilarious!
Oh yeah, YouTube might have the episode of Crista doing her “Impressions act” which is great!

Everything posted in this post is my own Personal Opinion.
So, some of you might be here after seeing me argue with some moron (in my opinion) about how crappy his Business ethics (from what I’ve dealt with) are. Now I decided to make another post and keep it out of the forums.
I find it funny that the owner of this “certain script” claims I stole the script I purchased. Without proof of me not buying – he chose to say there was no proof of me buying… uhhhh, how did he come to this conclusion? I told him right from the start “me and my Business partner purchased the script” and yet he continues to accuse me of theft? Interesting Business Tactics!

UPDATE: Iowa State was also involved in bad calls tonight as a Bad call was made and not even reviewed. The Reciever made an obvious catch (touchdown) that was called incomplete! What good is the review system if you don’t use it correctly … or don’t use it at all? College Football is becoming a joke this year and it sucks to see Oklahoma lose one game over it and possibly a second two weeks later.
Okay now I hate hearing fans blaming Ref’s on their favorite teams losses but this is getting rediculous. The NCAA brought in Instant Reply to help Officiate games more properly and efficiently, correct? Okay so why is it that the Oklahoma Sooners have been screwed over on two games this year alone? They talked about the Oregon game on every Sports channel and every Sports Blog on and offline but this game needs to be discussed too. Now the Oregon game was a little worse because Oklahoma had the game in the bag, easily. But this game was the biggest rivalry in College Sports and to have two crappy calls, so clearly to the naked eye, not over turned was rediculous.
