Well, the rumors have been swirling for over a year, but it’s official - Microsoft has offered to purchase Yahoo! for $44.6 Billion.
If you would have asked me a year ago, I would have been all for the idea… but now? I don’t like it. I think Yahoo! is way ahead of Microsoft as far as Online stuff goes. I feel that Microsoft will destroy everything due to their “upper management”. Then again, Yahoo! is obviously making some stupid mistakes somewhere, too.
