Jet Spinner, Jet Submitter Sucks

Files under scammers | Posted by Clint Lenard

I tried Jet Spinner, which also gives you the ability to use Jet Submitter, too, and it was a horrible experience.

I signed up for the trial and I spent about an hour and a half trying to figure out the system… I have never tried spinning articles before so I figured I would see how the results panned out.

I was having all kinds of problems with the systems and decided to contact Support… uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh… where is the support button? Help Button? Anything?!?

Nope…

I had to look through emails… nothing… a search on google… nothing…

Finally, I decided to go to PayPal and find the email the payment was sent.

4 days later I was given the worst reply to a question I have ever received from any support system ever…

The answer was 4 lines long and had nothing good about it at all. No help at all.

I decided to cancel my account before I was charged (actually did this before the email was sent as I figured that if it were that hard to get support - there was no way I wanted to deal with it!), but somehow I WAS ALREADY charged… No biggie, I would as for my refund.

Ha… I got no answer, once again. I created a paypal dispute and, still, no answer… no reply…

Finally, after 3 days, I decided to escalate the dispute so PayPal could deal with it.

Hmmmmm… little did I know - PayPal automatically CLOSES these disputes in the SELLERS favor, if it’s a service…

Nice.

So, basically, I lost around $30 and about 5-6 hours of my time dealing with this “company”.

Jet Spinner sucks, period. Jet Submitter is full of problems and submits to a bunch of useless directories, which all look the same if you visit them! I find it VERY odd, to say the least.

I find Jet Submitter to be a worthless product and the guy who created it could care less about taking your money and running.

DO NOT waste your money on Jet Submitter. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on Jet Spinner! It Sucks!

    1 - Jetspinner is free…

2 - For Jetsubmitter, Emailing support will get you a refund, its done weekly not daily.

3 - There are support videos, articles, examples, showing how to use Jetspinner. If you still can’t figure it out from them, no amount of support will help. But my guess is you skipped over all that and asked a support questions that were answered multiple times in the videos and documentation.

4- JetSubmitter submits to all article directories that use the article dashboard script, hence the similar layout.

    Thanks

    Oh, my bad!

    “JET SUBMITTER SUCKS”, better?

Funny how you claim you have Support! 3 other people told me they had the SAME issues with your company! You never return emails once you have the cash in hand! Great way to do business!

    Jet Submitter Sucks … better?

I asked for a refund. I even took it to PayPal and YOU KNEW about it. Don’t come in here acting like people are foolish to the way you handle things.

You do NOT have support. I tried to find ANYTHING that said “support”, “help” (with actual SUPPORT contact info) and “contact”… I eventually had to go to PAYPAL to get the information.

JetSubmitter should be the free one… I mean WHAT DIRECTORIES are even worth submitting to within that list? They’re all junk and almost every single one uses the same script and layout.

    Cheesy…

Clint, did you ever get your money back? I just found your post here and am worried. I paid in full over 100 bucks for a full year. After logging into the account a lot of things seem broken. At one point sql code dumped onto the screen with my password in it. I’m awaiting the auto directories to show and its been 24 hours…. worried!

    Hey Troy,

Hopefully this guy comes back and sees your comment… but, unfortunately, NO… I have never received a refund, nor have I been offered a refund. I even opened a case with PayPal, which Todd had to have seen, but I did not hear anything back and eventually tried to escalate the case, which, of course, was automatically closed because you cannot open cases for a “service”.

Funny how this guy even comes on here and talks about “support” or “refunds”. The irony…

    Hope this helps,

    Clint

    Clint,

I’ve opened a case with PayPal for a refund. My understanding is that he doesn’t respond within 20 days it can be escalated to PayPal themselves. Although its a service, if the service is not delivering, a refund should ensue.

Right now the website is not even reachable. Surely PayPal will issue a refund if the Merchant Account tied to it is not responding nor delivery a service.

PayPal is responsible for making sure its Merchant Accounts are responsible. I just dropped $197 on this.

    Hey Troy,

I haven’t checked out the Website, but if it’s still down - you would BELIEVE it would be automatic… but I find PayPal to be very hard to deal with when it comes to Service related items. Downloads or Physical items? No problem - they’re quick to fix the issue.

Hopefully you do get the refund, though! Let me know how it goes!

I wish I would have gotten my refund, but, unfortunately, this guy can’t seem to focus on customer service, or retention.

    What a shame.

    Hey Clint,

Sorry again if somehow your refund request slipped through.

All I need is your Paypal email address to issue a refund.

We have hundreds of customers paying monthly and we have a 30-day refund policy we back-up. We’re not trying to ’scam’ $27 from you.

I’ve also searched the jetpackedsupport.com support ticket database (where you are taken when you click any of the Help/Support links in Jetspinner/Jetsubmitter) and I can’t find a ticket from you, I’m not sure how you contacted us. If you’ll give me the ticket-id I could also provide your refund that way (assuming you provided your paypal email address)

I’m sure if you check with Troy he received a full refund for his pre-paid $197 yearly subscription promptly after his request was reviewed.

Go ahead and submit a ticket at http://www.jetpackedsupport.com with your paypal email address and you’ll get a refund within 72 hours.

Sorry for the troubles and thanks for working with us,
    Todd

I spent the hour “spinning” an article, and its sat in the “active” mode for 4-5 days since. I sent 2-3 e-mails to customer service, telling them NOT to charge me, and asking for help, but I’ve been charged, and have had no response.

I sure wish I’d read this sooner.

I am very positive and excited about the service, if it works, which it hasn’t at this point.

I’m reversing my Paypal charges if I don’t get a response to my e-mails by tomorrow. All I want to know is why it’s not working, and let me know if it’s something I did wrong, or a problem on their side.

    Hi all,

just a word of caution. I bought article submitter and it’s a disappointment on many levels. support was quick to reply my first question then when i wrote back I was unhappy with it .. no reply. I bought the upgraded (best) version. It promised like 600 places to auto submit. then when I got it .. there were only 260 it would auto submit to .. and a total of 374 were on the list. why they have the others there when you can’t auto submit to them is a mystery to me. category finder works right only about 50% of the time despite there being categories with the keywords in them … of the 260 you can auto submit to … you get probably 20% that come back “unable to submit form”.

thanks for the page about jet. saved me making that mistake.

    Steve Briggs.

    Hi,

All I can say is I am glad you are on the first page of Google for ‘Jet Submitter.’ I just happened to see your headline!

Todd appears genuine but it makes me wary, when there are problems for others.

    Hi Guys,

Thank for the page,, at least I know I am not alone. I have been patient enough with the Todd and his business.
First of all, his human spinner cheats exactly the same way as Todd does overcharging at 400-500% when calculating the total I am not talking about one experience but many.
Also Submitter2 sucks and never delivers whats promised.
I have been trying to get any response from Todd over the last 3 or 4 weeks having no reply whatever.
In the last Ticket I submitted through his website I stated that if I don’t have any answer I will call him scammer and write this comment about his practices and one more thing he also charge me monthly fee and he not supposed to do it according to his new policy with spinner and submtter2.

I am also having a lot of problems with JetSubmitter. I had to do a search on JetSubmitter support, which is how I stumbled on this blog, to learn where to go to (jetpackedsupport.com) open a trouble ticket. It really perplexes me as to why JetSubmitter would not have a Customer Support and/or Contact link on their website for their customers. This in and of itself raises a huge red flag! Furthermore, It seems to me that Paypal would make this a requirement before any company can establish an account with them.

Anyway, I went to jetpackedsupport.com to open a ticket and low and behold, when I entered the UserID and Password that I used to login to JetSubmitter, I received the following error message: “Invalid Username and Password”. Consequently, I currently have a Project in JetSubmitter with 658 submissions queued with 0 submitted, with absolutely no way to contact anyone at JetSubmitter to assist me.

I’ve purchased a lot of internet marketing products that I have successfully implemented and incorporated into several of my businesses. Needless to say, the more sophisticated products almost always necessitated a call for support. JetSubmitter is not an intuitive application. I followed the video to a “T” to no avail. I believe the majority of JetSubmitter’s buyers will require support to successfully utilize this product and the level of support being offered by this company is simply non-existent.

If there is a JetSubmitter representative monitoring this forum, I would appreciate it if you would contact me ASAP!

    Hi Lafate,

Just to let you know that jetpackedsupport.com is an external support website and requires you to register a new account in order to submit a ticket.

This means that you username and pass for jetsubmitter won’t work. Just click on the register link and create an account. Then log in and submit your ticket.

And NO, I am not a rep for jetsubmit. Just reading through and thought I’d put in my 2 cents

I also had a bad Jetsubmitter experience. My articles just sit there, they aren’t being submitted at all. Cant contact the support or anyone who could help me. I sent email, those damn tickets and what not, but no reply. Jetsubmitter is awful!

Very Frustrated with Jetsubmitter. Signed up on the 18th, have been trying to upgrade and send 400 emails since then. About to lose a customer. Below are my tickets with them…none of my emails went thru. I’ve been charged but no way to upgrade online. They use to charge more I hear, I would rather pay more and actually get any type of service than to be completely ignored. I submitted my ticket as critical to sales and when they emailed to say they got it, they changed it to general and low priority. I dont know about everyone else, but losing a client is critical. Anyhow, if by chance you see this Todd or anyone else from jetspinner/submitter/convo; I am still willing to give you guys a shot if you will just respond. Pretty sad when you have to post on a blog an a completely different site to try and get customer service. Foe all the other screwed over by jetspinner, I feel your pain. Todd, if you respond, I will give you a glowing report, if not shame on you.

Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this Ticket. Please make sure the Ticket ID remains in the subject at all times.

I have experienced the same problems with Jetsubmitter products. I have emailed support on many occassions but to no avail. No one answers my email or support tickets. These products are absolute CRAP and PAYPAL is crap too for letting this company use them as a vehicle for conning people. I would urge anyone who has been conned to post on RIPOFF REPORT as it really gets the crap about bad companies out there. Lets name and shame these bstds once and for all.

Boy, I think I have been stung…wish I had Googled Jet Submitter prior to purchase…lesson learned and I have been doing this awhile. All the submitter is doing right now on my project is spinning its tires in place and displaying “fetching new activity”. The new activity must be on a slow boat from China. The video that Todd displays on the site is a little misleading as it seems to imply that the submission process almost starts immediately…not the case. The concept is great but execution is horrific. I could not find anyway to get support on the site so I emailed Todd…I am not holding my breath on the response given what I have read on this board. Glad I came to this board though because I would have never known about the ticket system. If I don’t get a response to my ticket that I am going to send or to the email I sent Todd my next call is going to be to PayPal’s fraud line. A business like this cannot be allowed to exist online. I should know I have at it for over 10 years. Todd if you monitor this blog you need to fix this or in the end your online credibility is going to take a hit. As you know negative news has the penchant for traveling real fast especially online. You should be ashamed to offer a service that does not really work and contains so many flaws. Online marketers who are investing their hard earned cash trying to make a profit deserve better.

Does anyone know of an automatic article submitter that actually DOES work? I’m tired of submitting articles by hand…
