Jet Spinner, Jet Submitter Sucks

Files under scammers | Posted by Clint Lenard

—————- UPDATE 5/20/13 ——————————–

Everyone, the product I use these days is called WordAI. It’s a GREAT service and definitely worth checking out!

—————- UPDATE 4/15/09 ——————————–

Guys, I’ve found great alternatives for Jet Submitter.

1. TheBestSpinner.com

2. SpinnerChief.com

————————————————————————–

I tried Jet Spinner, which also gives you the ability to use Jet Submitter, too, and it was a horrible experience.

I signed up for the trial and I spent about an hour and a half trying to figure out the system… I have never tried spinning articles before so I figured I would see how the results panned out.

I was having all kinds of problems with the systems and decided to contact Support… uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh… where is the support button? Help Button? Anything?!?

Nope…

I had to look through emails… nothing… a search on google… nothing…

Finally, I decided to go to PayPal and find the email the payment was sent.

4 days later I was given the worst reply to a question I have ever received from any support system ever…

The answer was 4 lines long and had nothing good about it at all. No help at all.

I decided to cancel my account before I was charged (actually did this before the email was sent as I figured that if it were that hard to get support – there was no way I wanted to deal with it!), but somehow I WAS ALREADY charged… No biggie, I would as for my refund.

Ha… I got no answer, once again. I created a paypal dispute and, still, no answer… no reply…

Finally, after 3 days, I decided to escalate the dispute so PayPal could deal with it.

Hmmmmm… little did I know – PayPal automatically CLOSES these disputes in the SELLERS favor, if it’s a service…

Nice.

So, basically, I lost around $30 and about 5-6 hours of my time dealing with this “company”.

Jet Spinner sucks, period. Jet Submitter is full of problems and submits to a bunch of useless directories, which all look the same if you visit them! I find it VERY odd, to say the least.

I find Jet Submitter to be a worthless product and the guy who created it could care less about taking your money and running.

DO NOT waste your money on Jet Submitter. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on Jet Spinner! It Sucks!

    1 – Jetspinner is free…

2 – For Jetsubmitter, Emailing support will get you a refund, its done weekly not daily.

3 – There are support videos, articles, examples, showing how to use Jetspinner. If you still can’t figure it out from them, no amount of support will help. But my guess is you skipped over all that and asked a support questions that were answered multiple times in the videos and documentation.

4- JetSubmitter submits to all article directories that use the article dashboard script, hence the similar layout.

    Thanks

    Oh, my bad!

    “JET SUBMITTER SUCKS”, better?

Funny how you claim you have Support! 3 other people told me they had the SAME issues with your company! You never return emails once you have the cash in hand! Great way to do business!

    Jet Submitter Sucks … better?

I asked for a refund. I even took it to PayPal and YOU KNEW about it. Don’t come in here acting like people are foolish to the way you handle things.

You do NOT have support. I tried to find ANYTHING that said “support”, “help” (with actual SUPPORT contact info) and “contact”… I eventually had to go to PAYPAL to get the information.

JetSubmitter should be the free one… I mean WHAT DIRECTORIES are even worth submitting to within that list? They’re all junk and almost every single one uses the same script and layout.

    Cheesy…

Clint, did you ever get your money back? I just found your post here and am worried. I paid in full over 100 bucks for a full year. After logging into the account a lot of things seem broken. At one point sql code dumped onto the screen with my password in it. I’m awaiting the auto directories to show and its been 24 hours…. worried!

    Hey Troy,

Hopefully this guy comes back and sees your comment… but, unfortunately, NO… I have never received a refund, nor have I been offered a refund. I even opened a case with PayPal, which Todd had to have seen, but I did not hear anything back and eventually tried to escalate the case, which, of course, was automatically closed because you cannot open cases for a “service”.

Funny how this guy even comes on here and talks about “support” or “refunds”. The irony…

    Hope this helps,

    Clint

    Clint,

I’ve opened a case with PayPal for a refund. My understanding is that he doesn’t respond within 20 days it can be escalated to PayPal themselves. Although its a service, if the service is not delivering, a refund should ensue.

Right now the website is not even reachable. Surely PayPal will issue a refund if the Merchant Account tied to it is not responding nor delivery a service.

PayPal is responsible for making sure its Merchant Accounts are responsible. I just dropped $197 on this.

    Hey Troy,

I haven’t checked out the Website, but if it’s still down – you would BELIEVE it would be automatic… but I find PayPal to be very hard to deal with when it comes to Service related items. Downloads or Physical items? No problem – they’re quick to fix the issue.

Hopefully you do get the refund, though! Let me know how it goes!

I wish I would have gotten my refund, but, unfortunately, this guy can’t seem to focus on customer service, or retention.

    What a shame.

    Hey Clint,

Sorry again if somehow your refund request slipped through.

All I need is your Paypal email address to issue a refund.

We have hundreds of customers paying monthly and we have a 30-day refund policy we back-up. We’re not trying to ‘scam’ $27 from you.

I’ve also searched the jetpackedsupport.com support ticket database (where you are taken when you click any of the Help/Support links in Jetspinner/Jetsubmitter) and I can’t find a ticket from you, I’m not sure how you contacted us. If you’ll give me the ticket-id I could also provide your refund that way (assuming you provided your paypal email address)

I’m sure if you check with Troy he received a full refund for his pre-paid $197 yearly subscription promptly after his request was reviewed.

Go ahead and submit a ticket at http://www.jetpackedsupport.com with your paypal email address and you’ll get a refund within 72 hours.

Sorry for the troubles and thanks for working with us,
    Todd

I spent the hour “spinning” an article, and its sat in the “active” mode for 4-5 days since. I sent 2-3 e-mails to customer service, telling them NOT to charge me, and asking for help, but I’ve been charged, and have had no response.

I sure wish I’d read this sooner.

I am very positive and excited about the service, if it works, which it hasn’t at this point.

I’m reversing my Paypal charges if I don’t get a response to my e-mails by tomorrow. All I want to know is why it’s not working, and let me know if it’s something I did wrong, or a problem on their side.

    Hi all,

just a word of caution. I bought article submitter and it’s a disappointment on many levels. support was quick to reply my first question then when i wrote back I was unhappy with it .. no reply. I bought the upgraded (best) version. It promised like 600 places to auto submit. then when I got it .. there were only 260 it would auto submit to .. and a total of 374 were on the list. why they have the others there when you can’t auto submit to them is a mystery to me. category finder works right only about 50% of the time despite there being categories with the keywords in them … of the 260 you can auto submit to … you get probably 20% that come back “unable to submit form”.

thanks for the page about jet. saved me making that mistake.

Todd appears genuine but it makes me wary, when there are problems for others.

    Hi Guys,

Thank for the page,, at least I know I am not alone. I have been patient enough with the Todd and his business.
First of all, his human spinner cheats exactly the same way as Todd does overcharging at 400-500% when calculating the total I am not talking about one experience but many.
Also Submitter2 sucks and never delivers whats promised.
I have been trying to get any response from Todd over the last 3 or 4 weeks having no reply whatever.
In the last Ticket I submitted through his website I stated that if I don’t have any answer I will call him scammer and write this comment about his practices and one more thing he also charge me monthly fee and he not supposed to do it according to his new policy with spinner and submtter2.

I am also having a lot of problems with JetSubmitter. I had to do a search on JetSubmitter support, which is how I stumbled on this blog, to learn where to go to (jetpackedsupport.com) open a trouble ticket. It really perplexes me as to why JetSubmitter would not have a Customer Support and/or Contact link on their website for their customers. This in and of itself raises a huge red flag! Furthermore, It seems to me that Paypal would make this a requirement before any company can establish an account with them.

Anyway, I went to jetpackedsupport.com to open a ticket and low and behold, when I entered the UserID and Password that I used to login to JetSubmitter, I received the following error message: “Invalid Username and Password”. Consequently, I currently have a Project in JetSubmitter with 658 submissions queued with 0 submitted, with absolutely no way to contact anyone at JetSubmitter to assist me.

I’ve purchased a lot of internet marketing products that I have successfully implemented and incorporated into several of my businesses. Needless to say, the more sophisticated products almost always necessitated a call for support. JetSubmitter is not an intuitive application. I followed the video to a “T” to no avail. I believe the majority of JetSubmitter’s buyers will require support to successfully utilize this product and the level of support being offered by this company is simply non-existent.

If there is a JetSubmitter representative monitoring this forum, I would appreciate it if you would contact me ASAP!

    Hi Lafate,

Just to let you know that jetpackedsupport.com is an external support website and requires you to register a new account in order to submit a ticket.

This means that you username and pass for jetsubmitter won’t work. Just click on the register link and create an account. Then log in and submit your ticket.

And NO, I am not a rep for jetsubmit. Just reading through and thought I’d put in my 2 cents

Very Frustrated with Jetsubmitter. Signed up on the 18th, have been trying to upgrade and send 400 emails since then. About to lose a customer. Below are my tickets with them…none of my emails went thru. I’ve been charged but no way to upgrade online. They use to charge more I hear, I would rather pay more and actually get any type of service than to be completely ignored. I submitted my ticket as critical to sales and when they emailed to say they got it, they changed it to general and low priority. I dont know about everyone else, but losing a client is critical. Anyhow, if by chance you see this Todd or anyone else from jetspinner/submitter/convo; I am still willing to give you guys a shot if you will just respond. Pretty sad when you have to post on a blog an a completely different site to try and get customer service. Foe all the other screwed over by jetspinner, I feel your pain. Todd, if you respond, I will give you a glowing report, if not shame on you.

Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this Ticket. Please make sure the Ticket ID remains in the subject at all times.

Boy, I think I have been stung…wish I had Googled Jet Submitter prior to purchase…lesson learned and I have been doing this awhile. All the submitter is doing right now on my project is spinning its tires in place and displaying “fetching new activity”. The new activity must be on a slow boat from China. The video that Todd displays on the site is a little misleading as it seems to imply that the submission process almost starts immediately…not the case. The concept is great but execution is horrific. I could not find anyway to get support on the site so I emailed Todd…I am not holding my breath on the response given what I have read on this board. Glad I came to this board though because I would have never known about the ticket system. If I don’t get a response to my ticket that I am going to send or to the email I sent Todd my next call is going to be to PayPal’s fraud line. A business like this cannot be allowed to exist online. I should know I have at it for over 10 years. Todd if you monitor this blog you need to fix this or in the end your online credibility is going to take a hit. As you know negative news has the penchant for traveling real fast especially online. You should be ashamed to offer a service that does not really work and contains so many flaws. Online marketers who are investing their hard earned cash trying to make a profit deserve better.

I don’t want to sound like I am marketing some products but for now I used Unique Article Wizard so this is solid service, but kind a expensive ($67/month) when compared to Jetsubmiter.

Also the ones I heard are good and will probably try are Articlemarketer(service), Article Post Robot (software) and Isnare (service).

I’ve been using articleapps.com Article Spinner product to spin the content and Article Submitter to post it. Lot of fluff directories in Article Submitter as previously mentioned that don’t support auto-login and posting but I can live with it.

Article Spinner itself works fine once you get into the habit of writing the content the right way. Considering upgrading to their gold version which is priority queuing on the spinning and a built in thesaurus for the word changes.

If a product ever comes out that automates the whole thing beginning to end I will get it. Setting up Article Spinner for the logins to the article directories was not so much fun.

I just cancelled the 3 day trial before being charged. I also noticed some script problems on the jetsubmitter site and then found this review. Sounds like the directories are pretty worthless.
I did find another product that looks promising. It is called Ultimate Article Marketing by Jack Duncan. You can look at his profile page at the warrior forum and find his special offer. Anyway, he has spent months researching thousands of article directories and narrowed it down to just over a hundred of the most effective ones as far as traffic and SEO. There are some automated tools as well, but it takes some setup time. Good video tutorials. Onward and upward.

Talk about stupidity. I spent 3 hours just trying to sign into Jet Spinners web site. After going through the most horrible process of signing up.(talk about being made to jump through hoops)No matter what I did it would not let me in. So I thought I would fill out a ticket-Nope cant do that without a password-which I had (had to resign at the ticket desk to get it) I couldn’t get in there either. So now for more stupidity I thought maybe I could get in by signing op for their service-Guess what? Still cant get in. So i sent a email with the address that I got off of the PayPal page. It came back saying they don’t answer emails and I should file a ticket. I tried that again-Ha Ha Shame on me, I guess they can keep my trial period dollar. I guess some of us have to learn the hard way.

I joined jetsubmitter 2-3 weeks ago, and today i found this blog after doing a google search on the phrase ‘jetsubmitter sucks.’ I didn’t expect to find so many other people who’ve had pretty much the same problems.

The idea is great but the thing doesn’t work and the guy has stopped responding to my emails.

The spinning part works fine for me but the submission doesn’t work so i’ve got huge submission queues and nothing getting done.

About the directories many of them have urls that a so subject specific that i dont think you can submit any article to them and probably most of them dont have good PR, but thats to be expected when were talking about 600+ directories. What i want to know but there is no way to find out is from those 600 odd directories are there any good ones in the list like ezinearticles etc.

Perhaps you do well with this type of marketing, perhaps you are even a very successful marketer, I don’t know. But your methods do not work with me. Every product has problems and bad points. I don’t live in Atlanta and my name is as it is listed. I’m not Tod nor do I know him personally, nor do I have any bad words for him. I glad your good at SEO and I truly believe you are given your spot on Google with his product term. Congrates. But I gave an honest opinion based on your links and what I perceived. I don’t follow your site so I don’t know when you post things or add things. Going by your own comments you did get all your money back. The customer service perhaps was lacking but you were contacted by the product owner himself, but judging by the comments it seems no one believes that is really him. Given your comment I wonder how your customer service would be, doubtful at best. Finally, thank you for considering me smart enough to “pull something” here. I am a no body in the internet world and I would never consider myself anything successful. Sorry for the confusion. Right now I have to contact Todd if I can and apologize for any trouble I caused him here.
I’m sure your product is wonderful and will make you a lot of money. If you will do like me, go get a beer and calm down. Peace.

And you comment about MY Customer Support?

    1) I don’t owe anybody customer support for my blog…
    2) Who the hell “replies” to a Customer the way he did, and expects to stay in Business?

The guy is/was clearly in it for the quick cash, and he failed, miserably, as you can see by all of the comments. YOU are the *only* person, other than Todd, who has come in here to support that product, and you both are from the same general area. I find that odd.

You shouldn’t comment on anyone’s customer support when speaking on someone’s PERSONAL BLOG, when, in fact, you came in here looking for a problem.

All these comments, and only you and Todd, who are from the same area, don’t speak badly about the product.

    Pretty ironic.

And “calm down?” haha, bud – you need to stop. Nobody is “fired up” over your laughable reply. Trust me. As soon as I saw the IP’s (since you JUST so happened to “stumble in” and speak well of the product), I was pretty entertained to say the least.

Just stumbled on this site again… It appears to be the only place people complain about Jetsubmitter.

It appears there are roughly 10-20 people on here who had issues with jetsubmitter and decided to complain publicly.

But I want to make it clear Jetspinner has over 40,000 users, these few users on here are in no way the majority opinion. Unfortunately it’s generally only people with a problem that feel the need to post on threads like this.

And yes I do expect to ‘stay in business’ Jetsubmitter has been around for over 3 years, has over 40,000 users and practically runs itself. Hundreds of users pay monthly for access to premium features and love it.

I try to be respectful in replies to customers, but quite frankly, its not burger king. The customer is not always right. I’ve had to fire a couple of customers for not wanting to listen or do anything for themselves and instead choosing to complain and cause trouble. But, this allows me to spend more time helping customers that are focused on results.

Btw, I have no idea who Ron is, if he happens to be from the same state as me, sorry???

Ya, nothing but problems. The site is offering a free 3 day trial and I can’t even make that work. I have had to create 3 separate accounts to make sure it wasn’t just me be retarded.

I thought I screwed something up the first time when I went through all the hoopla to create an article and test the submission process and it sat there saying 20 queued and did nothing else.

The second attempt with a new account. I couldn’t log in because I used the same username and the site can’t seem to verify duplicate usernames.

The third attempt. Landed on what I think was an older version of some article spinner site, which seemed to work until I clicked the article submit site and it took me to the first site again, that of which I could not log into with current credentials.

A vicious cycle, many hours lost and not a single article successfully submitted.

I would have payed for such a service if it worked as advertised. Who knows maybe it does, one thing is for sure, the site(s) is/are confusing.

I somehow got redirected to 4 different sites (counting support) and asked to create accounts for each one through out my adventure.

I neglected the support because I have wasted enough time on this mess… I’ll find another solution

    SUCKS BIG TIME!!

Once you sign up with this fucking shit, you start getting 10 emails from the mother fucking bastard “TODD”. Even if you choose NOT to receive promotional emails, you still get them. Which fucker says its weekly support? Ill fuck your mother! These people claim they have weekly support. To know whats actually happening what I did was this:

I contacted the support asking if they develop a custom Article Submission tool or if they are willing to collaborate their company with us. I sent the same email every Monday morning around 11am for 4 weeks. After 5 weeks I get a response ” We are sorry but we are currently not looking for any collaborations”. What the fuck was that?

BETTER GO FOR SOME SEMI-AUTOMATIC SUBMISSION SOFTWARE. IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO SUBMIT YOUR ARTICLES BUT ITS WORTH IT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME SERIOUS BUSINESS IN A LONG RUN!

    I HATE THIS COMPANY!

Again, anyone who requests a refund through the proper channel (our support link -> http://www.jetpackedsupport.com) is given a FULL refund if needed. I

‘m sorry if some users had trouble getting support, I have 2 people that run support across all my products and sometimes they can get over loaded.

All I can say is WOW!

I have never come across a site with SO MANY bad experiences with a service before.

I’ve been using UAW for about 5 months now with *some* success. The reason I say some is, well, yes it will get you ranked well for your keywords, but based on my experience – if you do not submit any articles for like a month, your rank drops off the first page of the big G quite quickly.

I guess it all depends on your linking strategy…

I was thinking of using Jetsubmitter for the “2nd phase” in my link building campaign, but since it simply sends your articles to ArticleDashboard type sites you are better off getting yourself a copy of this scheduled semi-automated article spinner and submitter, that submits to about 600 directories.

I got myself a copy of both the spinner and submitter and was quite impressed so far.

It is a whole lot cheaper than Jetsubmitter, it does what it says it will, and you will be in complete control of your submissions. Though I use it more as a complement to my UAW subscription :)

BTW, are you even a member of UAW??? Perhaps you could show everyone how good it is with a video review of how you use it???

Well, my friend I use UAW and the MAS together to build backlinks. If you only use one method, then good luck you!!!

Have you even used MAS??? I bet you haven’t!!

Good God! Nice that I read this review! Saved me my money! I was gonna take a shot at Jetsubmitter – but decided never to go for their service after reading this review!! Thanks for being honest! Honesty is something you hardly get to see on the internet! Appreciate it!

Just would like to mention that I am presently using My Article Network (MAN). MAN works well – the only issue is that your articles are “drip fed” (around 1-2 articles per day) into their network of 10000 blogs. So you need to have multiple articles submitted together to reap any worhtwhile benefit (I’d say over 20-30 articles at a time). If you do sumbit many articles in one go, then you DO get good benefit.

Yes even I have read a lot of good review about UAW and I guess its time for me to try it! Thanks Clint!

I just tried Jet Submitter, and I can’t say I’m very impressed either… Jet Spinner spun the article 18 times, and submitted to 20 directories. Each and every one of the submissions FAILED.

Not only did they submit to directories I’d never even heard of, but some of them weren’t even targeted to my keywords! The article I submitted was about building squeeze pages, and they submitted to golfing and pet enthusiast sites. (WTF??) Do they just submit to any random directory??

If a submission service doesn’t submit to the top ranking directories, that means they CAN’T submit to them. (i.e. they have a reputation for submitting JUNK, and sites like Ezine Articles stopped accepting their crap long before you came along…)

    I don’t think I’ll be subscribing.

Im glad i saw this so i can cancel before i get charged. I got to this site by trying to learn how to use the spinner, its super confusing and not user friendly. You log in to the spinner and it sends you to the submitter, maybe im just stupid but i couldn’t even figure out how to spin the article. i give this system 1 out of 10 for usability.

Can’t say I trust your word (aflinks to a competitor) but I gotta say that Todd kinda pissed me off recently. I got on his email list for the free trial of one of his products (don’t remember which because I never ended up using it. I think it was the spinner though) and he started sending me all kinds out junk emails for crap I didn’t care about.. not even interesting products, literally shit stuff you can learn on forums for free he was trying to pitch and SELL ME FOR MONEY!

I see that as disrespect so I unsubscribed, no value = no sub. Regardless of this article and all the bad comments I lost respect for JetSpin/Sub as a company and think they are some major douchebags.

I’m going to check out your links and do some research for myself… thanks for the link man.

I like the idea behind the service and really want to use it beyond the 20 person limit but I also have tech problems with it. And I followed the videos. When using the auto confirm feature, I get no success. Then I tried manually confirming. That was better but still had many issues. Wish this worked because it would be nice to submit my spinned articles automatically.

UAW is very good, but if your just starting out or strapped for cash, “The Best Spinner” is very
good also with a good price tag.

Try it out for 7 days for $7, then $40 at the end of the trial. Then its $47 a year. Not a bad
deal, plus they have pretty good customer service.

The only thing is you have to manually submit your articles , unless you purchase article submission software. Still, overall a pretty good deal… you can check it out at thebestspinner.com, hope this helps someone.

Just in the process of cancelling my Jetsubmitter subscription.

Had big problems with quantity of submissions and the training videos don’t help much at all. The set-up is counter intuitive in places – you’ve got account profiles, account projects, projects and your spun articles to deal with. It’s unclear as to the purpose of some of these.

One of my spun articles showed ‘complete or paused’ after 70 odd submissions, and it only successfully created 140 odd accounts with the article directories. Support told me to submit again with a new account project but same account profile, although later told you have to change some of the details in the profile. Not that this will solve the low number of accounts that are active with the directories. Anyway, a day or two in to second attempt stats showed less total submissions than before! I could go on but it’s too confusing to explain.

The support is slow and doesn’t answer your questions fully. I find it infuriating when a several day old ticket is replied to with a very brief response that doesn’t deal with the issues raised.

There is a support forum attached to the ticket system but it feels like a ghost town for lost souls. The occasional thread created by users struggling to understand the system, some months old, many unanswered.

    Terrible experience. Trying UAW now.
