I figured out the problem with my site and it’s now fixed.
I love this design! Thanks to NDesign for the theme. It’s great.
I will be updating my blog more regularly now.

I was playing around with it all day and then changed the theme and BAM! everything’s jacked up.
I’ll have it fixed sooner or later… just need to find time to do it. Luckily I had a few hours to mess with it today. Unfortunately I messed it up in the last few minutes lol
I tend to read anywhere from 1-3 books per-week, depending on the size of the book and I gotta say… Anything in the Wiley “For Dummies” series seems to be better than anything else I’ve read on that same subject…not always but most of the time.
From Technical books to more “how-to” style books – “For Dummies” seems to give you a quick jump start into the Subject.
Think about that the next time you’re looking for a “how-to” or technical book. I love every one I’ve purchased so far and that’s approximately 14 so far.
I thought it was going to be pure crap, to be honest. I’m already 10 hours into both the Real Estate Investing (needed a little refresher
) and Power Negotiating (I spent over 150 hours learning the psychology of selling and negotiating [not to mention all of the sales training I went through with other organizations] when I worked for the Van Tuyle organization but this course is nearly as good!) and have to say — I’m very impressed, to say the least.
The price tag is hefty…but it’s great information for the price. Especially for those, like myself, looking to further their education.
I actually got it to check out the Money Management and Forex courses since they’re both something I need to learn a little more about
I’ll be taking on the Forex beast next month…it shall be interesting, indeed. Me and my old Business partner were supposed to be jumping into this last week but, once again, he flaked out on me. Let’s just say I’m a little disappointed and keep it at that.
Overall – the videos are cheesy but the information they give out is great. I’ve been learning about Real Estate Investing for years (started in 2002, actually, but stopped learning due to … well, not sure? I’ve always kept up with stuff and even spent a while training in the Mortgage industry, which seemed to have helped little lol) and could only wish I would have found this stuff back then.
It amazes me how many adults truly believe that failure comes so easily in life.
Failure is not defeat… Failure is giving up before a battle begins. Failure is not trying and then not succeeding…failure is not trying at all.
As children we may have felt like “failures” at one point or another — but who was it that led us to believe this statement?
It’s just a part of growing up, I suppose. Success comes much easier than Failure, as long as you take that risk. I believe I’m very successful in life in many, many avenues because of the risks I’ve taken over the years.
Most of my life I had so many people who had told me that I “couldn’t” rather than telling me I “shouldn’t”… as a child you can grow into fear quickly by mistaking those two words. Most of use live in fear because of those words. “Cannot” (can’t) or “Should not” (shouldn’t) are two extremely separate words in the American Dictionary and I believe that we need to correct our own mistakes before we teach these words to our own children.
Brainwashing a young mind can corrupt that child’s future…remember that.
For those who may know of him — Gary Halbert, the Marketing Legend, has passed away.
I first heard of Mr. Halbert on a Jay Abraham “tape” back in the 90′s. He was pure genius and will surely be missed by many, many people.

What a great Copywriter. Simply the best!
So I went to MySpace earlier to check to make sure I didn’t have any messages…it’s been a week since I have. On the front page I seen this video of a guy holding Cobras on a trip to India and I already knew what was going on.
Unfortunately many humans seem to think everything that can kill a human should be murdered. Luckily, there’s a few who aren’t so stupid.
The video, which you can see below, was exactly what I figured… the guy ran into a group of Gypsies who “played a flute” that supposedly hypnotized the Snakes.
It’s like an old folk tale… one that people should realize is 100% BULLSH!T.
What these Gypsies do is pull the Fangs from these cobras so that they can not bite. The problem with this is — they’re slowly dying from that point on… they do this to make a living. Why not, right? They’re a lazy bunch of humans who believe it’s okay to earn money by killing and torturing animals for a few bucks from tourists.
They also find Female Monkeys and take their babies from them and make them dance… if they don’t — they don’t get to see their babies.
Congratulations Tough guy… took a lot of balls to hold killer creatures without their fangs.
Gotta love the comments, though!
It’s like David Copperfield making the Statue of Liberty disappear again.
Two shows making one very long title.
Today was the premiere of the new NBC show “Thank God You’re Here!”. I knew it would be good but WOW it was hilarious!
Make sure you guys check it out next monday
Tonight was also the opening of the second half of the season for King Of Queens, which ends this season…forever
This show was my favorite show over the past 6 years. I’m going to miss it… I don’t watch much T.V. lately but usually watch at least 2-3 hours per-day on average… This is usually during my early morning workout (when I first wake up), Lunch (I like watching T.V. when I eat…sue me!) and late night T.V. (prime time) which is only on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (My Name Is Earl and Scrubs!).
It’s a shame to see it come to an end… but it’s the sad case for everything.
I’ve never been anywhere and seen snow in April before…maybe I just haven’t been to enough places in life? Either way… Every time I’ve visted Texas in the past it seems to snow around January or February but somehow, the day before easter, it’s snowing!
It’s not sticking… it was actually 85 degrees and very, very humid just a couple of days ago – so that has probably kept it from sticking. But it’s coming down pretty hard, which is what “boggles my mind”.
On a side note – I’ve become an Ebay junkie. I promised myself I would never turn into an Ebay junkie but somehow I need to leave feedback for 37 items in a span of 10 days. I actually sold a few things on Ebay for the first time ever. I sold my Treo that stopped taking a charge and I threw in my Jabra Headset and all the extras I had purchased (well over $450) and only sold them for $217. I originally had them for $297, which was cheap but couldn’t even get a bite.
I’m actually glad to get rid of it as it will justify purchasing my iPhone in June
I got word from Cingular employees that the phone will have a couple of versions ranging anywhere from $499-$699. I’ll probably go all out just to have the best. It seems expensive but…not in my opinion. Business is Business and I need to be able to keep up with everything at all times. I love working and it will only help keep track of my Business.
p.s. I heard that Palm is selling out… that sucks.
I would go make snow angels…but I can’t afford grass stains on the clothes I’m currently wearing
And to think I hated this song, before Alanis redid it.
Luckily she’s actually hot. Fergie…is not.
