The situations I&#039;ve heard from other customers seem to be the exact same problems you&#039;ve come across.

I haven&#039;t even heard of Vastal, nor BuddyZone Social Networking Script since this post!

		<description>Vastal software is one of the worst companies on the net.  If this was an American business they would have been chared with fraud and jailed a hundred times over.  I don&#039;t know how they get away with what they do.  

Buddyzone is what I know best about.  I bought it against my better judgement.  I had already read a lot of negative stuff about vastal software.  I honestly blame myself for not listening to the warnings that other people had made avaialable.  Checking out a company is neccicary in the age of internet business.  Read the bad reviews of vastal software and avoid them at all costs.

Buddyzone is marketed as an out of the box ready social network.  What they do not tell you is that you have to be a programer to make the most basic changes in the appearance.  It will take you 50 to 100 hours to get the website to look the way that you want it.  To be honest when you buy buddyzone you buy a 400 dollar advertisement for Vastals horse shit business.

Notice that the forum has been disabled on his website.  This is to ensure that all the displeased customers do not have a place to vindicate themselves from one of the worst businesses on the internet.  I promise you that the forums would be filled with displeased customers cursing Vastal and Ankur.

In the end I do feel a little bad for Ankur the software designer.  He is a victim of his own ambition.  His business has 15 or more nice looking softwares, but he is the lone provider of support for all the products.  It will take him a minimum of a day to get back to you, and most of the time the answers that he gives you are wrong, and that is if he gets back to you at all.  

If you have read this post too late and you have already bought the software I am sorry.  He makes you sign a contract that says that you have to go to the court system in India to dispute his preditory business practices.  There is also a cause in his contract that says that he can pull your contract for verbally abusing him.  This is a cleaverly placed ploy.  He offers such brutally negligent customer service that you are gonna spend all day and night wanting to yell at him.

This is one of the worst business experiences that I have had in my life, I hope that I can save you from the same. Feel free to copy an post this message in forums around the net to help people protect themselves from this business.  We need to dominate the top of google search under vastal software.</description>
